FAQs
What is the address of the venue?
Villa Oliviero Via Stefan Andres, 6, 84017 Positano SA, Italy
What does the welcome day look like?
A boat will pick us up and take us to La Gavitella, a restaurant and beach club in Praiano. We’ll enjoy lunch and drinks and can spend the afternoon lounging. We will return in the early evening.
What is the address of the pool & pizza?
We will be hosting this back at the venue, Villa Oliviero. There will be pizza and drinks. Come lounge and take a dip in the pool!
Is Positano walkable?
Yes, it is. Positano is tiny but has more “levels” than it is big. Our venue is higher up and not ground level. Most of the hotels we recommend are on the mid-levels as well. They are mostly a 10-20 min walk. We will help provide taxis the day of the wedding as we know walking in heels is not ideal. Positano just opened up an elevator from the lower beach level to the higher levels which will be great for our convenience to the venue.
What is the weather like in May?
One of the main reasons we picked Positano is because the weather should be nice and sunny! Of course, weather is unpredictable but May in Positano is typically around 23° Celsius/75° Fahrenheit. Definitely plan on swimming!
When should I book my trip and for how long?
Don’t wait! Flights are now open and half of our hotel recommendations are as well. Hotels go quickly but don’t worry we have 7 more hotels that we will post as they become available in September and October. We will have events from the Wednesday to Friday night. There is no pressure to come to all but of course, we would love to show you more of Positano. We recommend coming from Tuesday-Saturday.
Do you have a wedding registry?
No. We appreciate you taking the time and money to travel to Positano. Our gift is your presence and we mean it!
